Our packaging is made from eco-friendly and recycled materials, and they can all be recycled and/or repurposed.

Please allow all orders 1-3 business days for processing. Orders are then sent out with Royal Mail first class, please allow 3-5 days for your order to arrive once dispatched.

Urgh, delivery companies, what a minefield! To be fair to them though, the majority are doing their best to overcome the massive demand in internet shopping during this pandemic, and that increase is no doubt going to take its toll on delivery times as a whole. Currently we seem to have minimal problems with Royal Mail timings and it doesn’t appear that the posties are drop kicking them over fences either. That said, once it leaves STFNCK HQ, we hold faith in the courier to get it to you safe and sound. Try not to let them leave it on your doorstep for the parcel thieves. 

With regards to our packaging, as a business we have reduced our use of plastics to a bare minimum, yet there are certain circumstances where this cannot be done due to hygiene purposes. However, we have ensured that all our packaging is made from eco-friendly and recycled materials, and they can all be recycled and/or repurposed.

International Shipping

At present we are currently not offering international shipping outside of the UK. We are working on the best way to offer this for our international friends so keep a look out or contact us to register your interest.

 Exchange & Returns

To exchange or refund your item please fill in the form below within 7 days of delivery.

Items can only be returned if they have remained unused and in their original packaging. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes.
